REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Oshadhi strictly believes in producing quality products to all our customers, and that is our standard.
All products have 14-days exchange and refund policy after the date which the shipment is received, and must meet our criteria:
The product/s has/have defective qualities prior to delivery.
The product/s received do not match the order.
**Customer will be responsible for the additional fee for returning the products.

Product Return Procedures
To request for product return, please report your case to [email protected] with full details of the product/s, reason for returning and image files as proof.
All product return requests will be evaluated by atma (Thai) Co., Ltd., each case must comply with terms and conditions for the return to be completed. Upon completion, customer may choose either one of the following options:

Refund
Exchange for a new item of the same type of product
Credit Voucher for future purchase

Duration For Product Evaluation
Product evaluation process takes 5 – 7 business days, starting from the first day which the product/s is returned to atma (Thai) Co., Ltd.. In extraordinary circumstances, evaluation may take longer than 7 business days.

Refund Policy
Refund is only applicable to products sold at regular price. Promotional items may not be applicable for refund process. Refund policy does not cover the shipment fee for returning the product/s.

Duration Until Refund Completion And Means Of Refund (In Case that Customer Can Refund)
Via Bank Transfer, customer to receive full refund based on the stated price in receipt of product returned within 7 – 14 business days, starting from the day which the issue has been received at Oshadhi.
Via credit card (applicable only to customers who purchased via credit card), customer to receive full refund based on the stated price in receipt of product returned within 45 business days, and varies upon policies of each card holder’s banks. Credit will be refunded in the next billing cycle.

ขั้นตอนการขอคืนสินค้า
สำหรับการคืนสินค้า กรุณาส่งอีเมลมาที่ [email protected] พร้อมรายละเอียดการสั่งซื้อและสินค้าที่ต้องการคืนพร้อมสาเหตุให้ครบถ้วนและแนบไฟล์ภาพสินค้าดังกล่าว
การขอคืนสินค้าทุกครั้งจะได้รับการพิจารณาจากทางบริษัทก่อนเท่านั้น และต้องเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขด้านบน หากอนุมัติ ท่านสามารถเลือกหนึ่งในตัวเลือกด้านล่าง

ระยะเวลากระบวนการประเมินคุณภาพสินค้า
กระบวนการประเมินคุณภาพสินค้าใช้เวลา 5-7 วันทำการ โดยเริ่มนับจากวันที่สินค้าถูกส่งมาถึงบริษัท
ทั้งนี้ ในบางกรณีที่สินค้ามีรายละเอียดซับซ้อน การประเมินคุณภาพสินค้าอาจใช้เวลามากกว่า 7 วันทำการ

การคืนเงิน
สินค้าที่สามารถคืนเงินได้จะเป็นสินค้าราคาปกติเท่านั้น ทางบริษัทขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่าสินค้าลดราคาและสินค้าบางชนิดไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ และทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการขอคืนค่าขนส่งสินค้า

ระยะเวลาและช่องทางการคืนเงิน (ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าสามารถขอเงินคืนได้)
ผ่านการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร ลูกค้าจะได้รับเงินคืน (ตามราคาสินค้าในใบเสร็จรับเงินของรายการสินค้าที่คืน) ภายใน 7-14 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ได้รับอีเมลแจ้งอนุมัติคืนสินค้า
ผ่านบัตรเครดิตธนาคาร (สำหรับลูกค้าที่ชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิตเท่านั้น) ลูกค้าจะได้รับเงินคืน (ตามราคาสินค้าในใบเสร็จรับเงินของรายการสินค้าที่คืน) หลัง 45 วันทำการ ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับวิธีการคืนเงินและนโยบายการคืนเงิน ของแต่ละธนาคาร เงินจะถูกคืนให้ในรอบบิลถัดไป นับจากวันที่ได้รับอีเมลแจ้งอนุมัติคืนสินค้า

In the event that the payment is completed before 12:00 noon, the company will deliver the products by Kerry Express on the same day.
In the event that the payment is completed after 12:00 noon, the company will deliver the products with Kerry Express service on the next day.
All shipping and delivery is handled through Kerry Express Thailand, within 5-7 business days. (Depends on the destination delivery address)
Shipment is paused on Saturday and Sunday, and on company’s holiday.
