Course Essential Oils & Insomnia / Sleep problems


  • Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which you have trouble falling and/or staying asleep. It can be short-term or can last a long time and may also come and go.
  • Typical causes of “primary” insomnia, ie not linked to other health issues are stress, noise, temperature, light, jetlag and the like. So most of us have experienced this already.
  • Studies have shown that Lavender essential oil can help to fall and rest asleep – there are many more essential oils that can support us in this area.
  • In this course we cover the essential oils that help us with sleep disorders.
